Planning and Proposals
Please provide details on your preferred design, materials, dimensions, quantity, and specifications, as far as you know them. We will make a proposal based on the information you supply.
Quotations
We prepare a quotation for you.
Contract Dispatch (Signature and Seal)
To avoid any issues, we send a contract detailing the order; kindly sign it before returning.
Formal Order
The formal order is confirmed upon return of the signed contract.
On-Site Measurement (Actual Size Confirmation)
Our products’ varying sizes and specifications mean that they requires precise measurements. We provide a measurement sheet for you to record the on-site dimensions.
Drawings
We create the drawings based on the on-site measurements.
Invoice Issuance
After you approve the drawings and quotation, we issue the invoice.
Product Manufacturing
Our craftsmen produce each item carefully. Lead time is typically upwards of 30 days from formal order, depending on details and quantity.
Payment
Products are shipped after payment confirmation.
Shipping and Delivery
We pack securely for dispatch.
Regarding Design Drawings
Thank you for considering our kumiko design drawing services.
Please review the following points before we proceed with drawing production.
1. Design
Changes or revisions to the design may be required during production.
We will consult with you at each step.
2. If No Order Placed
Should you decide not to proceed with the order,
we may charge for the design and drawing work completed, depending on the circumstances.
3. Starting Drawing Production
Once you agree to the above, we will begin creating the drawings.

A. Finished Product Visualization
As drawings and photos may not fully convey details, material samples or production examples can be provided as needed.
B. Drawing Format
Drawings will be sent in PDF format. Please let us know if you require revisions.
C. Production Timeline
A formal production timeline will be provided after drawings are finalized. Some projects may require additional time.
